Each member is paired with a more experienced member who serves as both a mentor and a resource throughout their time in the UW Hedge Fund Group. Beyond academics and career support, mentorship fosters meaningful relationships and a strong sense of belonging within the club. Members are also encouraged to connect with and learn from the broader community.
